My boss is borrowing it this weekend to pick up a mower from his dad in Western PA, and I'm using it the following weekend to help Amanda and Emily move into their new apartment!

We used the forklift to get the trailer into and out of the building, but the forklift doesn't have a place to plug in the wiring harness, so we used my truck for that...

There were some electrical issues. For starters, hitting the brake pedal in the Tacoma would cause the left taillight to shut off entirely, and the right taillight would respond to the brakes or turn signal...

It took quite a bit of screwing around with the wiring to make the left taillight to work in conjunction with both the blinker and brake lights, and the right light didn't respond at all...

The side reflector on the right taillight did not light up at first, but my boss got that to work. Unfortunately, we never got the right light to work in conjunction with my truck's brake lights and turn signals...

And it's cheaper than a UHAUL, which would have about as much as the hotel room I got with Amanda last weekend...

Here's the thing about my friend Mike; I've known him since 2008 and we are best friends. I've spent weekends with him at his parents' house in the Poconos, even sharing a room. We've gone on long roadtrips. We get along great, and have been talking about being roommates for years. I trust him a lot, and it would never get to the point that I would kick him out. He is honest, hardworking, and comes from a great family. If something happened where either of us had to move out of a rented apartment, it would be cordial and polite. If I bought a house or condo and he moved in with me, our friendhsip is such that I would have not any qualms about him moving in with me.

With regards to Amanda, she is moving into an apartment less than 20 minutes from where I live with another friend of hers. If I rent an apartment within the next year or so, it would only be with Mike. If Amanda and I are still together by the time I can afford a down payment on a house (we are talking YEARS, like probably 2026-2029ish if I had to guess), then there is a high likelihood that we will be living together by then and possibly even be engaged. Again, I'll probably be close to 40 before I can afford the house I want in the area that I want. I was born in March 1989 and just turned 34; Amanda was born in June 1990 and will be turning 33 this year. If we are still together at the end of the decade, then there is a high probability of us being married by then.

Nobody can predict the future with certainty, but if Amanda and I are not together by 2026-2027, I still plan on buying a house and allowing Mike to be my roommate for a flat fee of $500-$1,000 per month depending on my mortgage payment and a number of other factors.

I am not picky about a first house (or any house for that matter), but I want at least three bedrooms, at least a two-car garage, central air, and a dishwasher. You would be absolutely shocked at how many fairly expensive older homes I've seen that don't have dishwashers and would require extensive kitchen renovations to fit one. If the price is right, I will tolerate oil heat, but my first choice is gas; I would buy a house with a heat pump before I bought one with oil heat, but the overwhelming majority of houses I've browsed have natural gas forced air heat. I would rather not have electric baseboard heat, because my other best friend John lived in an apartment that had electric baseboard, and it cost so much to run that he bought two fireplace-style portable heaters and used them to heat the place instead. when it comes to a rented apartment, I will pay extra to have my own washer and dryer in the unit, because I would rather not share with anybody other than my friends or girlfriend; I also will not buy a house on a busy road, or one that has doesn't have public utilities. Septic tanks and wells are just another expense, and when you have a well, the water doesn't work when the power goes out unless you have a backup generator.

Remember the bipolar 19-year old who wanted me to bang her in a bathroom stall at the King of Prussia Mall, despite the fact that we'd only been communicating via text message and social media for about a day, and had never actually met?!?!

I don't if I ever told anybody about part two, but I had blocked her, and she used call spoofing to get around the block and message me maybe a day after the first incident. She acted all apologetic and shit, but then she went nuts again. We were on Snapchat if I remember correctly, rather than Facebook or conventional text message. She had deleted our last conversation, which deletes it for both participants. Wanting proof of how crazy she was if she attempted to contact me again, I took a few screenshots of our conversation. There was nothing particularly explicit, just her going on an unprovoked psychotic rant; I found out the hard way that when one participant in a Snapchat message takes a screenshot, it notifies the other participant. I tried to lie and say that my phone was acting up, and she reacted just you'd expect an unpredictable bipolar teenager to act; I told her not to contact me again, and that if she did, I would call the cops.

I blocked her phone number and all of her social media around Thanksgiving 2022 and haven't heard from her since. She ended up dating a friend of a friend a short time later, but they apparently recently broke up over a misunderstanding. The story I heard is that they met at a movie theater to see a movie, the girl had anxiety attack, and just left without explanation. The guy took offense to this, an argument started, and they broke up; Rose is also bipolar, and it is because of my experiences with both her and the 19-year old that I absolutely refuse to date a woman with bipolar in the foreseeable future. Thankfully, Amanda is not bipolar!

I have previously talked about a friend of mine in her 50s who has Aspergers and lives in the Pacific Northwest. She is into BDSM and all sorts of kinky stuff, but when I told her about the girl who wanted to do the deed in a public bathroom, she was utterly repulsed; Amanda also knows about the 19-year old, and grossed out by the prospect of sex in a bathroom. Either way, I thought it over with my brain instead of another part of my anatomy and absolutely refused to go along with, and now it's a funny story that I can look back on and laught with my friends about!

I opted for the semi enclosed lights.
To help keep them from getting broke.
As you can see, one o the braces is already bent. So, 1 light saved.

Yeah, that’s were being a guy can bite you in the ass.
Assaulting a female in a restroom isn’t going to go over well in the jail house.
If you can get bail (quick) and prove your innocence, maybe.

There are some good reasons to keep a couple “crazy” female friends.
Nothing will bring a woman down faster than another woman.
