That is looking south east over the Canadian Gulf Islands and US San Juan Islands , and you can see Mt Baker in Washington State .

 

Round here, costco is generally the cheapest. Of course, sam's club is about the same. If you have access to military bases it's a crap shoot. Those AAFES (army air force exchange service) people are as lazy as it gets. If gas drops 25 cents, it'll be 25 cents more expensive on base for weeks. They just don't change the signs or something.

SO, usually costco, by as much as 20 cents, sometimes base over costco by maybe 5 cents.
Never worth going on base for it though...

As far as sam's goes though, I used to live near one in texas. I had a 1970 GTO with 400 ci, slightly tweaked with RA V heads on it, turning about 520hp. That thing would tell you exactly how bad your gas was. It would either not run, or not shut off, if I put Walmart gas in it. I stay away.

 

Do Americans feel down that the Canadian dollar is worth $1.03 Murican ?

I'll feel it when I drive thru Canada in July if either gas doesn't go down or the dollar keeps losing value...Uncle Sam isn't paying me enough to get home solely on the benefits alone.
