I’m in PACW because their balance sheet is pretty solid, although they did have a 20% increase in outflows. They’ve already put out a couple PR insuring investors/customers that they have the cash enough to cover all non insured deposits. Also they pay a divvy of .25/quarter.

I’ll sit and wait with my shares to see how this shakes out. Way I see it…if banks fail then then money is worthless anyway.

Found a pair of the Zamberlans I was looking for at Sportsman's today. Put them on and they felt amazing. Stood up, took two steps, and was instantly disappointed. reinforced toe, dug right into the base of my toes. Couldn't risk $350 on hoping they'd break in and soften up. Much disappoint.

Also walked around in the Kennetreks for a bit, but the sole was so stiff they wouldn't make a good daily wear shoe.

I am gonna get a pair of those for when I go to Europe as part of the "look at me, I'm American" uniform. Already have the cargo shorts and mid-calf socks and ball cap.

Just an aside. In 'murica we say a "pair of pants" In German, it's "Eine Hose" A Pant. Which makes more sense, because you're not really buying a pair, are you?

Though, you can say: Ich trage eine hose (I wear a pant) or

Ich trage Hosen, which is "I'm wearing pants"

I spent a lot of money and wasted time on a degree in English and I can't recall "A pant" being a thing. It should be a thing, but in adherence with the laws of English (which we pretty much just make up as we go along) it is not.
