    2019 TRD SPORT manual
Bought with 35k on the odometer as a 1 owner from Utah that made several trips to the midwest and very well dealer maintained, amazing condition.
I got it and of course started modifying it. I did a Rough Country 3" leveling (spacer/block/shock) kit with new extended HD rear shocks.
I did not put the front diff spacer kit in the first day because I ran out of time and need the truck to get to work. Drove fine to work no problems, but drove it cambered in (just had to drive to work) Went home and installed the front diff spacers and took it in for an alignment.
Shop was able to get it right and drove fine.
I still had the stock tires on it at this time.
Noticed a very slight rubbing feeling or vibration feeling (hard to describe) the next morning on my way to work, pulled over to check everything out and all looked fine so drove to work.
As I sped up I didnt notice it and drove fine.
On my way home, I didnt notice it at all.
Next morning I noticed it again, but as I sped up, I didnt notice it.
Same thing on the way home, wasnt there.

I pulled tires and checked everything, No concerns. I thought it was a bad tire.

I put 285/70R17 tires on it and was hoping the rubbing/vibration feeling would be gone when drove away, but its still there.

It seems worse when its cold, only happens at about a 30' to 35' intervals in any gear or RPM slower neighborhood type speeds.
It seems to be coming from the front passenger side. Almost slightly sounds like a brake dragging (but its not in the brake peddle and they look good).
    Everything looks right and true.
I was thinking it might be a wheel bearing, but the rotation pattern dont seem like such a small rotation.
Drive shafts looks true and tight.
What are the odds There is an issue with my front diff?
4.05 gear ratio ( I believe is my gears) on 33" tires might give me a rotation close to what I am feeling.

I havent checked if it does it while 4x4 engaged (well havent noticed it in 4x4 because I was playing :)) and I havent dropped fluid yet to check for the dreaded glitter bomb. No smoking guns at this point

I will be doing UCAs soon and installing the rear diff shims to change my angle, but I want to figure this out before I focus on anything else.

    Thanks

I have 1.5" Spacers and the tires clear the UCAs there is plenty of room. The hubs feel good. With the front completely off the ground, I dont feel anything while turning tires by hand that might cause me to think its anything in particular.

Have you needed to trim anything at front wheelwells?

No I havent had to trim anything. I have had it off road a couple times and no rubbing anywhere. Daily driven and there is no rub marks on anything. The issue is very slight but dont match any of the common 3rd gen low speed vibrations. Its not in the steering wheel per say, but seems to ever so slightly be maybe. Worse when its cold, slower speeds.
