My tail lights seems to be fine as well (knock on the wood, but had other issues with MESO's items (puddle pod lights and switch). I supposedly will get a replacement but I haven't seen anything yet -- not even an email notification.

Fortunately for my tail lights they were purchased from Hotshot Offroad, so hopefully I can claim warranty through Morimoto / TRS.

Mine have been rock solid since I received them last April 5th and installed on the 6th. Small amounts of condensation (especially on rainy nights/ foggy mornings) but dissipates quickly during driving. Sequential turn signals working as advertised. I feel for those that have tab failures and electronic gremlins and no response from MESO is kind of disheartening. Biggest difference is the complement level and "where can I buy these".

    From the original post...
We are producing them with a RED lens(TRD offroad) as well as CLEAR lens (sport/PRO)
That way it should fit everyone's style.

My '18 TRD Sport has RED lens! Most of the TRD sports I see on here have CLEAR. Anyone know why? Just curious.

I’ve suffered some vandalism damage on my Taco.

Does anyone have left rear OEM light to spare?

Well glad I saw this. Was considering some to replace my Pro lights. What a bummer - lack of customer service is mind boggling to me. Honestly makes me regret supporting him with the map/dome lights I got. It’s why I didn’t buy the CaliRaised CAT shields given the long turnaround and seemingly MIA customer service.

I've been happy with my Meso dual color map lights and v2 key fob. I was planning on ordering another fob when they become available. I've read Meso's business was growing and that was contributing to delays. I wonder if these limited edition tails will drop soon?

Holy moly I'm glad I checked this thread because this exact thing happened to me this morning with my left tail. Was dangling with the clear plastic broken but light still works and no other damage.

I'm going to keep reading but what were your experiences getting a remedy? They've been great lights until today. Ordered them when first released.

Time to look around and see if I still have the originals in a box somewhere.

Also TBH, my right puddle pod fell out several times when I first got them and I just took some adhesive to it, but this is something else entirely.

    Thanks!

So far my replacements are doing well, I deliberately just finger tightened them as I was scared of the same thing happening again. I put some blue loctite so they don't back out.

Wondering when V2 is suppose to be coming out though. Last time Meso said it would be November for the new batch, which would have better plastics and brighter turns.

Took a couple weeks to get a replacement set but I’ve had them in with no issues since. I’d buy them again if I had to

Thanks guys! Glad to hear he/they were cool about it. Many companies prefer to blame the customer. I just used the form on Meso's site for a warranty claim. We'll see what happens.

I'm happy I started digging in this thread as well. I saw all the issues with broken tabs and lens condensation, as well as the signaling/braking issues. I quickly cancelled my order

I enjoy my zombie green v2 minimal key fobs very much, Mr Nasty.

I also have these taillights.... I guess we'll see how they go long term. Have only had them for a month so no idea how they'll last.

I've ordered plenty of stuff from Meso over the years (puddles, tails, domes, maps, cosmetic stuff) and never had an issue. Shit happens and hopefully it can get resolved.

    this.

so far my reds are still going strong a year later. just hand tightening them you could hear how brittle the tabs are. that was my only gripe with these lights.

@doublethebass How are your replacements holding up for you?

    Cause mine just broke again....
This time it is the passenger side :(

When you got a replacement did you use both or is that that passenger side from you first set?

I used both from the replacement set.
Because while the passenger side from the old set was still usable, the upper tab already had some fine cracks.

Since the new/replacement passenger light fell out, I went and installed the old light for now.

    They will fall out eventually...
Going to order some DEPO Pro style Taillights w/VLED's VTAILs.
