I don't think my truck would look right with anything lower than a 33. Might as well sell all my parts then too

lol that’s literally my only problem with the 265’s. I feel like they look to small sometimes. But other than that, they’re perfect.

I would love to do 255’s but a mud terrain isn’t really practical for how many miles I drive (tried that experiment once and it was expensive) and I keep reading not so great things about the ST Maxxx’s around TW.

They just work so well on these trucks. If I change my setup again, it’ll be a 255/80r17 on a 17x8” wheel with more offset or a 17x8.5” with the same offset I have now.

When I test fit these, they were too sunk into the wheel wells for me, needed more width or offset since they were only 16x8 -6mm offset:

Not to mention 17s are mega based and I dont care for 16s lol

It’s funny you mention that because that’s kind of what I’m leaning towards doing when my Grabbers wear down.

I did some research and figured out that if I go up to a 17” wheel, I can run 285/70/17 Baja Boss’s in SL load and the whole setup will be several pounds lighter than my current setup. Not to mention it would be SL instead of E load.

Okay, perhaps the 255 would better suit my want and desires.

I do DD it and it is my only source of transportation. MPG's already suck as they are, about 13 to 14 miles per gallon on average. I'd rather not do any cutting.

I think I agree too. I like the look of the 255's a lot. If I can find a used pair between now and the time that I have to buy new tires that would be perfect. I peruse craigslist almost daily.

I'm running stock 16's and plan to keep it that way unless I come across a deal of a lifetime. I'd rather not shell out any more money than I have to.

Yeah if it’s your DD I would probably say stick with not 35’s lol. But what do I know…I’ve never run 35’s and I’m also trying to figure out how to get bigger tires I don’t really need

Then you will be back to what i said originally. The springs are too tall and you will have baby tires.

Cutting is the answer. Plug get a skid plate so you wont be scared to drive on rocks

I'm also on stock gears (4.10's) so I imagine it would work the truck even harder with 35's. I wish I had 4.56's or something or even 4.30's. Either way, the 255's might fulfill my desires a bit better anyhow.

Does anyone on here do photoshop? :)
