Have you tried louver panels too? would prolly be easy

 

ARB pump bracket; it's pretty much a one-off for Kira; made two in case the 12 gauge is a hassle to bend.

The 16 gauge is pretty stout.

Literally drew it up in a few minutes and got it all cut up within 10.

Mostly all the stuff I'm cutting are vehicle suspension or motor parts for a shop. Nothing that would translate to these trucks unless you were doing an LS swap.

 

Goes here, the relief cut end gets folded over so it's approximately flat

 

Folded in like a U? Or opposing each other like a Z?

 

i built it to fold into a U but a z probably works with those dimens lol

 

The fender is curved so I planned to require some beating to fit square ish

 

Only bending the 12 gauge since it's thick and I've got a vise and all.

Let me know if you want that last tab bent inward (left) or outward (right).

 

M-21 in an aircraft boneyard (SR-71 variant made to carry a reconnaissance drone)... imagine seeing an SR-71 in a freaking scrapyard. They ended up saving and restoring it to put on display in Seattle's Museum of Flight years ago thankfully

Youd be surprised to know what the .gov will gladly scrap or sink to the sea floor.

 

There is an SR71 at the bottom of the Mariana Trench in the Atlantic, one that crashed somewhere in the Indian ocean I think, they recovered it so the Russians couldn't then dropped it into the deepest hole in the world lol

 

I've seen that one at the Seattle museum of flight a few times. There's a lot of information on the plane but very little on the drone

 

I'll let you bend the 16 gauge template if you decide to use that one

 

That drone program is really cool history, also kind of sad...they cancelled it after one of the M21s blew up and crashed at supersonic speed after the drone launched and dove right into the aircraft. One of the pilots died after ejecting into the ocean and drowning

The Chinese have one of those drones on display in a museum that they found in their wilderness that the government lost track of

 

Looks like you need that press brake sooner than later..
