Have you looked at a receiver mounted winch?

I'd rather have it built into the bumper. Also, it seems that would be easy to steal.

A lot of people use a hitch mounted winch in the rear, hence why he suggested it.

With that said, you don't leave it on your hitch all the time. It's meant for a quick install/removal.

They have cables that make for a quick plug and play.

I wouldn't leave it in the receiver, but can understand your concern.

Nice solution, but you have to store it somewhere. Like carrying a pistol, you rarely know when you'll need it! So, you have to have it all the time.
I'll keep searching since the one I found won't fit. thanks, Kwikvette

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
At $1500.00 plus shipping I bet you might be able to get one built to your specs . At least come real close price wise.

I do like my receiver mount it can so easily be moved to just where I need to use it.

Then where you live does indeed come into play . Not ever needing to lock things is nice.

Building a tiny house in mountains. No crime up there, but unfortunately meth addiction is a problem even in rural counties/towns.
Hauling building materials to lot is primary reason for Taco
