Just stating facts with my personal experience with my Harley. 20years and nothing but tires, oil changes, battery replacements, spark plugs and K&N air filter cleanings. Original drive belt still looks good. Doesn't leak oil like the older harleys. It's fuel injected so no carb to cause issues. This bike is one of the few things I've ever bought new. If it's nice tomorrow I may take a ride.

I sympathize with this so much.

 

I have an ingenious method to combat this issue. Just follow my lead and don’t own a couch.

I can provide more life tips if so desired.

That is brilliant. I will bring my TV down to the garage, just chill in the truck with the windows down while watching TV. Thanks man!

I've gone a few times and took my 3rd gen 4runner. I was trying to talk to a guy with an 80 series because i thought that I was going to be getting one, the owner didn't really want to chat. A few other guys had 3rd gen 4runners, they were just seemed to be a small group that kept to themselves. All I got out of one of them was "when are you gonna lift yours" ? I explained that I didn't need to, it just came back from a 5K mile road trip that included 500 miles of Colorado trail riding, they didn't seem to care. Whatever.. I couldn't find anyone from the MD thread, as I wanted to meet a few of the people that I chatted with.
