AGP Replica TRD Rims (Sacramento)

Hey

I am about to pick up a set of AGP's, can I use the oem TPMS sensors and have them swapped or do I need to buy new ones? If I need new ones do you have any recommendations ?

I was told we are able to use our OEM ones. Now discount will try to upsell you their house brand stating they cant transfer ours onto these wheels but its BS.

UNLESS yours is broken or malfunctioned. Id stick w our oem ones.

 

Update. I tried a test fit on them. The 265 17s are rubbing a a tiny bit on the mud flap and on the front area of the wheel well so I ordered a set of 265.65 17s , I think they'll work

 

Damn I was planning on bringing them to Discount to have them balanced...think I can talk them into doing the oems ones? lol

I had the same issue with Falkens on the AGP Pros. I had to remove the mudflaps, and even trim a tiny bit of plastic to eliminate 100% of rubbing. I've since added some aftermarket thin mudflaps, and it's all good.

 

Update: Discount did well on price matching.

They had Falkens listed in my area @ $231 per tire. Total of $1392 w sensors, warranty, blah blah blah.

Finally mounted wheels and tired this morning. I’ll get better photos once the weather clears up.

Discount near my area was cool enough to re-use my tpms sensors & saved me $240 in the process.

Hey, I'm selling a of AGP Troux 17x9 wheels in bronze with a negative 12 offset. Wrapped in 265 65 17. Falcon wild peak AT3 tires. I bought them brand new, did a test fit and didn't really like the way they sat on the truck. So I did not want them anymore, they are currently sitting in storage at my shop, let me know if anyone's interested by responding to this form

 

These look amazing! I just ordered a set in Bronze that will hopefully get here sometime next week. I'm going to take them to my local Discount Tire shop to have the stock tires swapped over until I can afford some of those 265/70 Falken Wildpeaks...

 

Search around and have the tires price matched (if possible in your area). Discount did great with honoring it.

 

Thanks for the advice...I'm going to work on that. I love my local Discount Tire, they've done a lot of work for me in the past and I've never had an issue with any work they've done.

Hey hoping you guys can help. About to buy the AGP pro wheels mounted on falkens 265/70/17. I thought we could run these on stock suspension without rubbing. I have 2021 OR. You guys said they were rubbing?
