    As he got older he got cranky towards strangers. He lived to be almost 17yo. Before old age set in he was always all smiles and ready to meet new people. He wasn't the same when my girl Zoey passed, they were inseparable. Damn I miss those 2. They're the reason I bought my first 4runner.

    Izzy... that was the guy that I met at the 1st GTG that I went to. He seemed like a good guy, he gave me a 'rising sun' Toyota decal for the hatch glass.

    I hope that my shared experiences didn't cast a negative view of their group, or cause anyone to not attend their meet up. I was basing my experience to that of other coffee and cars type of GTG's where everyone seems like a long lost buddy.
