That’s a sweet ride. I’ve been watching this Sarah-n-Tuned series on YouTube where she is transplanting the 2UZ from her dads old 1st gen tundra into a ‘74 Celica and giving it rally upgrades. It would be fun to have a project like that and maybe an Fj45 pickup one day.

I’ve had this happen multiple times on my right knee. It all started in middle school playing battle ball, had a 175lb kid fall on me. I may have weighed 100lb? The best way to get it back in place is to straighten your leg. But when it pops back, you feel like :puke:

If feel like :puke:just reading this…:D

Knee talk always makes me queasy. The first time I experienced real pain was when I was walking to kindergarten. 6 yo. I eventually got diagnosed with Osgood Shlatter’s disease in my right knee. Then the first meniscus tear in my teens, then the other in my 20s..

Not a complaint and I don’t want to put the kabosh on the discussion. I’m grateful to have the health I have now

    Good afternoon everyone :hattip:

Had some snow overnight but it’s mostly melted :bananadance:. The best kind of Spring storm.

Hi everyone, ol' Toe here. I haven't been on for awhile. Today looking at different items for my daughter's new Tacoma. About 99% of anything Tacoma search leads one to Tacoma World.
Thought I better stop into the shop and say hello since I was in the neighborhood :)
    Hope everyone is doing good.
Daughter just went for the base model SR 4x4 double cab. She just put $10k down so she's got money for upgrades in pocket
Taxes were a bit of shock to her :annoyed:

Black...get dirty sitting in the garage but her choice:anonymous:

Thanks guys! I'm so proud of her. She just turn 21 and college degree, her start pay almost as much as what I make. She's doing very well in training too. She has the potential to go far.
I'm going to give her the TRD wheels I had originally bought for my truck. She wants to pay me for them but I said no, just know how proud I am of you and love you.
Like wheels on mom's truck. I paid little over 1k for them, now they're $2,600 used on fleabay, 200 for a dang center cap! 20230325_193530.jpg

Good to see you around :fistbump:

Sounds like the daughter has a good handle on life, good job Dad!

I was coveting the TRD beadlocks when I got the truck, as usual I whimped out on spending the $$.

    55 and sunny here today ( :p @Fargo Taco )

I walked 3-1/2 miles -- my feet & knees are saying 2 miles might have been smarter...

I'll just sit here in the sauna -- my living room that is, 87 degrees here by the chair.
There are some shortcomings to antique heating systems, cold nights and warm days confuse the stove - way too much heat.

For me that is -- Mrs Green and the cats are quite comfortable...
