Yup, I'm about ready to mow next weekend

 

When I was walking my dog this morning my Ring kept going off. I checked my camera from my phone and found this character setting it off. Beautiful tail.

I almost mowed today. I nearly stepped on this guy because I couldn't see him in the grass. Gotta keep it short enough that my GF can spot them a long way off. Then she just runs the other way screaming. If she ever stepped on one by mistake or got that close, I'd be charging up the AED.

 

I typically only see deer in my back and side yard, but no turkey. Talked to the neighbor lady behind me (they own the 167 acre farm behind me) and says she had 4 back there she's been watching. I guess I'm too close to the road for them.

Those deer do like to taunt me when I get home late at night "haha you can't get me, to close to a dwelling". That and I don't think the S&W M2.0 will get them really good being the only thing quickly accessible in the truck

 

This winter has been crazy. My bulbs were popping up mid February. And between the warmth and the fertilizer I've been using the grass has stayed pretty darn green.

 

Got hit on my driver door and driver fender this morning on 76. Luckily it was a minor impact AND on a door and fender that already were dented! So now I'm looking for a replacement door and fender in lunar mist. Anyone have any leads. There is one on car-part down below DC that I'll call about tomorrow.

 

Dang, can't like that. As far as parts go all I can offer is salvage yards at car-part like you already did. Have you checked out TW buy,sell,trade threads ? Good luck.

 

Good morning fellow Pennsyltuckyvanians!!! I hooked up the trailer and took the zero turn mower to the shop to have it serviced - will take the garden tractor in when I pick up the zero turn. Spring is here in NEPA, too.

I gotta either buy myself a little trailer or borrow one to take my Zippyturn over to my new place. I'll be seeding some about a 1/4 of the yard today cause the previous owners had 2 dogs that tore some of it up pretty good. Hoping it comes in good and actually grows, I don't have the best luck with grass haha.

Hey John.

 

Well broke down and got the first cut in. Probably have to cut every other day now. Gave it a high cut cause I had clumps that were grown up then gave it a regular cut to even things out.
