Random misfire fire.

Replaced all coil packs and spark plugs. Still getting random misfire and change spark plug code. It's a 2007 tacoma. Trucks is not missing like it was. I can't even really tell that's its missing. After replacing all of that the throttle response got alot better, but still coding. Any advice? I know it can be a number of things. Just wanting experienced opinions

Maybe try a fuel cleaner for stuck injectors?

First step should be to determine which cylinder(s) are misfiring and when the misfire occurs.
Next step is to determine why they are misfiring.

Proper fuel, proper compression, and spark, happening at the correct time are the things needed to fire so you need to determine which of those is missing or incorrect.

Reading the code(s) is not a diagnosis, neither is changing the parts the parts store sells you for said code(s). Reading codes is the first step in the diagnosis, next step should be testing to determine what part is causing the problem and then replace that part.

My first steps would be to determine which cylinder(s) are misfiring and when the misfire occurs (idle, cold start, hot start, driving up a hill, all the time, etc) and from that information determine what to check.
