Anyone heard of depo racing? At $1000 for a full +2 lt kit with tie rods and straps it seems really cheap and im contemplating doing this over a mt setup now but im skeptical about this brand.

On closer inspection, you're absolutely right, looks like an all-pro clone the total chaos are actually square boxed not done with tube.

But yeah, for something as important and critical control arms I would definitely get it from a place that has certified welders and can provide material origin sheets.

Also keep in mind that that kit only supplies the control arms themselves, you would still need to source longer shocks and axles.

    $$$

If you're not beating your truck everyday in the dunes I really don't think long travel is justifiable.

I may buy this kit soon, just need to find time to install it. A guy in this group I ride with up in Tahoe installed this kit with King shocks. He loves it, install and fitment was fine he said. I'll ask him to do a write up on here. Another guy has the All-pro, it looks similar but many differences when you are up close looking at diameters of pipe and shape. It seems inspired by the AP kit, but different. Well see how the longevity goes. I like having low cost options on parts for the community, I see so many guys bash this kit and its always someone that does not own it. One guy bashed it for not coming with king shocks in the picture, lol. Jeez. If you dont want it, dont buy it, why shit on a manufacturer so they fail and we have no other options, I dont get it.

Keep us updated after you install it and how it holds up. Im too skeptical to buy a no name kit with no reviews and end up breaking my truck.

I'm about to order it once they email me back. If they're instock. Making the jump to 40's but only with Lt. I understand you get what you pay for, but even cheap steel is still steel. Don't plan on hitting whoops at 50, I like to crawl. I'm just worried it won't work and I'll be fucked after I buy axles

Yeah the axles would be expensive. 1000 if ive seen correctly. But that to me is more important that some tubing and plate steel.

I'll be sure to be in touch if I order it. I'll make a whole thread of the 40's and I'll be sure to let everyone know the quality. 1500 for axles before core swap so all in about 2600$ not too bad for a whole kit

Just realized that guy already commented on my thread. He changed his name. He wanting to know if there are any 3rd gens running the kit. Guess he doesn't know 3rd and 2nd gen have the same frames lol... Ive already told him that but i guess he needs verification.
