So, pulled my steering rack-and-pinion, and was unable to budge either the adjustment nut or tie rod ends- and neither could the shop at the Toyota dealership. The 26-year old parts remained impervious to all applied penetrates.

Now with new parts, I wonder if I should apply some anti-seize, lock-tight, or leave 'em all naked. What say you?

I have anti-seize on my outer tie rod lock nuts, and the thread into the inner TR.

No issues holding alignment? -and nothing on the outer tie rod threads?

    No issues holding alignment.

Keep in mind that you only need a VERY small amount of anti-zeize. The stuff stretches for miles, so just a dab will do. You're just aiming to put something between the male and female threads. If you slather it on there you may get different results.

By "thread into the inner TR" I meant the outer TR threads that are threaded into the inner tie rods.

    Def not locktite

and yes antiseize on threads and locknut.
Also coat the outside with a lil fluid film for preventing corrosion
