Thank the fucking gods, owner finally approved a model. Think I've sent him a dozen options at least since middle of last week. Had to catch him in a good mood which is hard to come by, luckily that day was today

 

Man those 3rd genners get salty when people dare to criticize that which Toyota has blessed them with.

The locals absolutely suck in that regard, only to complain later about lack of parts for a 4x4 swap or anything else. Hell, that would've been a perfect core for getting a locker thrown in which is why I bought that Harrop to begin with.

 

5th Gen 4Runners too.

Apparently I missed it but some dude went off saying I was a girl or an old man how I don't know what I'm talking about etc. Someone PMed me about it to tell me cause apparently a mod deleted his post before I saw it.

He might've been offended by the suggestion to remove his rear window panels since I said they can catch on stuff and get ripped off. It was a thread about deflating, which I had also helped to answer as well.

Well everyone knows that deflating is for chumps, inflating gets you more ground clearance.

 

It's too bad it's so expensive to ship, everyone wants to write it up as a full vehicle. Would have been easier than fixing my frame haha

 

Reminds me of when I got a rifle trigger a few weeks late and it had tire tracks across the bag it was in. Good ol USPS.

It was all good. By that time the seller already sent me another. So I ended up with 2.

 

Why buy bigger tires when you can just inflate them to the next size

I was excited to see some green in my yard but it's just weeds and not clover sprouts

 

We still have atleast another week of winter here

 

ordered new LBJs and pcv valve + hose/grommet etc for the T4R, need to knock out these maintenance things first before I press buy on the rear lift springs/shocks I want.


oh and Dex also busted my rear cupholders when he jumped into the back seat yesterday, so there's that

 

you need one of those harness things to hold him in place or a rear seat hammock at least

 

yeah I had him on one but it stretches out too far, he can get into the back seat pretty easily even with it hooked up. Need to shorten it

 

damn Toyota sure is proud of its IAC valves apparently...~$280 at McGeorge and that's $100 cheaper than locally

think I'll try and take mine off and clean it first
