So I did all my research (thanks everyone that helped) found what I liked for my 2011 TRD DC and jumped. First i ordered up the 5100's from DSM to level out after the tsb. Let that settle for a week then looked into 285/70-17's for my stock sport rims. Knew i was probably going to need spacers So I ordered up the Revo 2's and the 1.25 all-pro spacers. Tires won that race and came in next day. Called all-pro not shipped yet? So couldnt wait and mounted tires. There is nothing touching, rubbing or hitting anywhere. I'm still going to add spacers but im cutting them down. Heres the way it looks.

THANKS again to everyone for doing great write ups on there trucks it really helped.

    It's probably the tires.

My 285/70/17 duratracs rub a little on the cab mount when the suspension is compressed and the wheel is turned. I did some plastic trimming also. The duratracs have a lot more gnarly tread than your tires do so I'm sure its the tires.

I'm on bilsteins @ 2.5 in the front with stock UCA's, and Tundra/Sequoia wheels

How's the space between your UCA and the tire? I can fit my finger between my tire and the UCA.

I can't. It's super tight. My spacers are in transit

So you are not rubbing at full lock, even with the suspension flexed?

How about in reverse at full lock?

Full lock, Not rubbing doing circles in street. Reverse full lock might have heard alittle rub but no dirt/dust missing off uca or plastic. They have been on for 4 hours 44 lbs of air. I heard the 11's have taller openings and i'm hoping thats why. lol

Damn that's a lot of air pressure. Lower them down to 30-32ish and see if it rubs. Your clearance looks like you might be ok without the spacers. Trimming the plastic is no big deal.

Cab mount is a different story. My buddy is bring over his welder pretty soon and we're gonna trim my cab mount down.

i had pressure up that high just till the spacers came in. there in and i wacked them already. it came out perfect. i took .30 off both fronts and heres results. It's not even close to cab mount. Trimmings not a big deal correct but nothing hits.

What tires? The look like pirelli scorpions which I had on my 07. 3" spacer up front! Some rub in reverse at full lock. I had to run mine at 50 psi or I got horrible fuel mileage!

Revo 2's 285/70-17 air prussere is now at 38 and seems perfect.

Why did you cut the spacers to different widths?

Looks really good. That was going to be my route, until I found my wheels and tires used for less than I could buy the 285/70s.

Sorry for not responding had therapy. I cut down all 4. I didnt want them to stick out past fenders and i wanted just enough to safely clear uca. I tried to ask all the companies that made them for 1 inch but got runaround everywhere!!! and since hub centric was needed i couldnt use the only ones made in 1" from one place. The spacers put the tires right at inside edge of wheel well. I'll take pic when the crazy ass rain stops but here are more of spacer. The top pic from post #11 is stock they say 1.25 but thats the size i miked it at. so it was .014 off no biggie
