3rd Gen Borla Muffler swap Install

Hey guys,

Just installed the Borla 40357 muffler on my 23’ Tacoma sport. Sounds really damn good.. I would compare it to the trd exhaust, maybe a touch louder. (Although not “loud”)

I will be doing installs on these if anyone is interested… it’s a hell of a lot cheaper than buying a whole new exhaust system and having it installed.
I work on the ground without a lift, so takes me 1.5, maybe 2 hours.

But if anyone wants, I’ll do the install for $300, that is parts and labor.

I’ll post some pics and video.

Hmmm. Do you also include any exhaust piping? I replaced my OEM exhaust with an MBRP exhaust and its rusted through. But I only need enough pipe to get over the axle, I don't want it sticking out of the back of my truck

He's just some dude that figured out unbolting a muffler and installing a new one isnt that difficult. Any muffler shop should be able to fix it, I've heard Bucky's in Shoreline ain't too bad

 

Mine rusted up pretty bad also i took it off wire wheeled the rust off and spray painted it with high temp paint.

 

New to the forums, but local to Puyallup... Any sound clip? Can you even post videos on here?
