Hey, so I think I will go with Alcan. And I am going to have them make a leaf spring to provide a 1.5" lift. I am thinking 5100s for the rear as well.

If I pair 5100s with OME 880 coils for the front, do you think this will sit pretty level?

Does this setup sound ok to you?

Alcans are really nice, and going custom is a great way to go.

But I feel you'll be doing yourself a disservice going with OME shocks.

I was thinking Bilstein 5100 shocks and the OME coil. I'm still open to other ideas. However I don't think I need anything really really fancy/nice.

I'm going custom leafs as there doesn't seem to be a great option for my 1.5" desired lift and slightly higher load capacity from stock

If 1.5" is all you need, why not go J59 Deavers?

I looked at deavers. I know they are well regarded.
However, I am under the impression the J59 will fall a bit short of the load capacity I am looking for. And while they do have custom options, Alcan is in the same state as me and might be cheaper to ship. Or I may just go pick them up

Thank u Matt ( taco diablo) for sharing your experience…. I know you suggest the 5100 …but i pulled the triger for the 6112 with Bilstein Coils assembled and 5100 rear to pair with the $1013 Alcans no lift custom leaf packs (300lbs camper) and use truck randomly to carry stuff on short trips ( highway only)… im expecting to have smooth ride and nice look better than the KBYchocks and 21 yr old negative leaf pack on it now.
Will see… got to post-pone install until May…

Before and after pics for sure!

Lou at Alcan offered me Radflo coils and shocks. I'm tempted. Have not heard of them before. They aren't as "well known", but that may simply be due to marketing and vendor discounts etc
