There was no play when I checked it today. It’s basically perfect & the clunking is still very there & prevalent

I have tons of photos I’ll post them on here. No play in the UCAS or CV when I checked today, but the clunking is still occurring. I’m at a total loss

No play in the UCA’s or the CV axles. I’m at a loss at this point

I honestly don’t know how to check the torque on those sadly. I’ve changed the UCA’s twice & there’s no play at all in the new ones

Needle bearing will cause harmonic sounds and vibration at certain speeds. He clearly has a suspension issue.

Sadly I don’t have access to a jack that’ll reach my truck right now. It does it even without being lifted up and moving the truck

Anyone try removing the sway bar yet? Endlink noise is the only issue I've ever run into when lifting one of these. You don't need it with those shocks anyway.

I don’t have needle bearing issues ruled that out. Also yes I’m (she) is starting to think the shop messed up the installation of everything.

Yes it makes the clunking sound while doing that, but not as many clunks as it does while I drive. The top of the tire doesn’t really move at all when doing it

Did you have a clunk/knocking issue with it after installing one of these lifts?

You probably have a spring that is not seeded correctly or something was torqued in the air. Another shop might help along with pics.

Different kit but same issue on a customers vehicle. Turns out her sway was bent and the endlinks were toast. Yanked it off and haven't looked back. I don't run one either with my ads 2.5's.

I’ve only taken it to the shop that installed everything. They’re reputable and have done many. The issue is I’m on a road trip & it’s gotten worse & I’m trying to check everything to make sure it’s safe to drive till I’m back home.

If it is that will it be safe to drive for a couple weeks until it’s taken off?

Mostly likely, but you want to be sure that's the issue before you drive for weeks.

Tossed my sway bar long ago and I’m fine. Btw stop changing parts! Even if you’re in a road trip there’s plenty of nerds in here from all over the place that can point you to someone reputable. Cheers!

I second finding another shop. I wonder if it could be a lower shock bearing, but I'm willing to bet it's likely an installation error with something and not a broken part.

Have you noticed any wear marks on the shocks, reservoirs or sway bar?
