Looking to purchase 2019 Tacoma

Looking to trade Subaru for 2019 SR with 37K miles in great shape. Any issues as to why I shouldn’t purchase used? Thanks

 

My 19 has been great had the fuel pump recall and 3rd brake light recall done neither of which were causing any issues. Otherwise my truck has been great and I have all the tech packages and a moon roof. Wouldn’t hesitate to get a low mile used 2019 that wasn’t heavily modded.

 

Do it and change the sparkolators right away

Always check the frame. Damage or excessive rust

 

Buying used is like playing Russian roulette….

Also, check pricing compared to new. The Tacoma's ridiculous resale, often doesn't make it worth the risk (to many anyways) of getting a lemon, a wheeled truck, overloaded, mod'ed, etc truck.

why change the spark plugs?

 

That is his favorite response when someone asks about buying a used Taco lol. Never fails.

 

Aren’t the spark plugs to be replaced every 30k?

 

I bought mine used , haven't had any problems out of it. I got mine at the toyota dealership that is a certified pre-owned. Supposed they go through them checking everything out and fixing any problems.
