He & family are folks you would be glad to have move in next door.

 

A year without less than completely serious polls would not be great!

 

For sure! I don’t think @six5crèéd would be a willful dumbass to the extent my current neighbor is. (I now have an email folder titled “ROW BS”)

 

Make sure you keep sharing. We all like to hear about awful neighbors. We just hope we do not have any. And there is a thread on TW about exactly that I believe.

 

@Hunterdc1 might be willing to trade for his bathroom safety rapscallion.

I think I already provided the latest but incase I didn’t:

After getting the letter from neighbors attorney with the these-words-in-his-deed-don’t-matter-therefore-I-think-the-parties-intended-to-want-a-right-of-way response, I filed a claim with my Title Insurance company. They’ve passed to on to a Claims Counsel to review. No word yet to see if it’s been accepted.

I am one of those that ketchup is like Hot Sauce to me.

Someone even using hot sauce at the table will make my eyes water if the air is blowing my way.

I doubt I even saw Hot Sauce till I was roaming around as a Ski Bum and mountaineer in the mid seventies.
