Checking in. Finally snagged a bike, suspension off to factory connection already.

 

I wish I could afford a CRF250F. I'm way past the point of riding the R's

Also, I haven't looked much into them, but are the RX's detuned, or do they just get a kickstand?

 

Drove to Southern Honda in Chattanoga, TN, no fees at all, no tax. Beautiful thing.

 

Tuned different and bigger tank, few other things.

 

That's how it should be. I hope these dealers adding 1000's on top of the MSRP go under.

I knew they were more focused as a "trail" bike rather than the MX, just wasn't sure how different.

 

The Firing Pin is nice and there is East Alabama Gun Club out in PC. I was a member for a few years. Lots of out door ranges and open 365.

Hall's by me here in trussville, no joke had a "Honda Fee" of $100, the fees alone and taxes / title (Alabama doesnt even title MX bikes, but they added it in) was over $10k, walked OTD at sticker price of $8699, cash.

I tried to buy a new Rally with an MSRP of $6699 after freight/shipping. 2 dealers wanted $8700 OTD. If I somehow find a way to grab a CRF250F, I'm gonna get my buddy in Chattanooga to register it so I can tag it here. I know I'll need to get the Tusk tail lights/blinker kit and the Baja headlight kit......but I can at least ride it on the rode

Found them on carparts.com for $52.57 with no core charge. Probably gonna go with them. The Stoptech rear drum kit is $207. I'm thinking about skipping those

 

I put about 250k on my Ranger and I don’t ever remember doing the rear.

 

I had 210K on my TJ....never did the rears either

I've got almost 100K on my fronts.....so I think it's time for those

 

That pinstripe eraser does a great job. I wonder how long they’ve been around.

 

I had some gold ones on my truck when I got it.........I would just pick at them while I was outside at work smoking then use alcohol pads to wipe it Took me a few weeks to get them all



I think the dealer must have installed them because this was the pic from the sales ad
