Thanks for all of your guys insights.
Both the upper and lower are new uniballs. They were definitely tight and took some effort to move.
I used a mix of the packet provided, super lub and red grease on the uppers.
I will definitely take a look at the cams.

I don't think the wheel being off will effect tire wear. I actually prefer mine to be off a little. I find it more comfortable. Will be interested to see if that bracket helps. I have up on replacing that bushing. Trying TC ones will be my next attempt.

As far as I can tell my whitelines have been fine crossed up. Going on 5 years.

With my solo arms I found that the cams did not need crossed up at all. They almost match back to front in fact.

I use black moly grease. It's the quietest and is still lithium based.

Yeah, the white line bushings are fine crossed up like that. I had those before on my stock arms and had no problems. They are much softer poly rubber blend then the solo bushings bushings

I wish that were the case with mine, but mine are pretty different between sides. Probably because something is tweaked somewhere on the frame.

I previously used super lube, but found it to be way too light of duty for the LCA and UCA bushings. Prothane grease is working way better so far.

Just calculated my mpg for the first time. Came out to 12. I do both city and freeway being my dd. I am on 285/70/17s with ~2-3” of lift so I know that comes into play. I drive like a grandpa I like to think. Is that about normal for you guys that have similar setup? I was hoping it might be slightly better than 12. I’m suspecting my cat might be bad thx to a now persistent p0420 and possibly propane like smell when driving (still not positive on that tho)
How much can that affect mpg.

Soo compared to you guys shouldn’t I be a little better? Excluding driver behavior. I don’t know much on SC’s, do they help or hurt mpg? Only extra weight is my toolbox that’s full, I’m not SC’d, it’s v6 tho, all 6 injectors are brand new, fuel pump/filter are good, MAF, IAC, TB, air filter are all new/cleaned. A fresh HG with two new heads. Maintenance wise this thing is fresh.

Wider tires are always going to do worse. I was able to do pretty well with 255s 15-18. Current tires. 33x10.5r17 I do worse. Around 13-15.

Honestly, I drive my truck like a grandma to get that.. I’ve taken everything out of my truck bed and removed my topper & rack too, tried to lighten it up as much as possible.. I was down around 10mpg for a while. Gas prices here in Canada are horrendous and now running premium..

I miss working in Saudi, where I’d fill my ranger or hilux for like 15bucks…

Is that the actual size or is there a metric equivalent like 285 70 17? Also what tires? Thanks

For those of you thar swapped in the shorter radiator, did you just trim the shroud to fit? Or can you buy one that matches up.

I get in the 19mpg range whenever I’m running my 33x10.50R15 set and about 17 with my 33x12.50R15 set (both sets are c-load on aluminum wheels). I replaced my CC last July and it brought me up from the 13-15mpg zone.

Truck is a naturally aspirated 3.4l, stock 4.10 gearing, I do have a canopy and BedSlide adding some weight in the rear. Also have aftermarket bumpers but cumulatively they weigh under 100lbs. I live about 500ft above sea level.

    hope this helps

Haha wow bob. Fucking gold man @tcBob this is hilarious. So funny.

Seems actual size. Actually a bit bigger if anything. They are Kenda Klever R/T. Might be the best tires I've owned.

I trimmed mine. You can buy a new on though. Pretty easy. I tried that but ordered the wrong one and at that point said fuck it and cut up my oem one haha
