Good morning fellow Porchatonians!! Raining here today but warmer. Finally getting the new built-in oven/microwave and warming drawers installed today. Been waiting 3 months for the oven/microwave to ship from the factory.

Good morning, off to the gym in about 40 minutes. But first it is time to get a chicken ready for dinner tonight. Stripping and reseasoning my outdoor griddle kept me busy for 2 hours yesterday. Along with that work I gave the entire griddle a deep clean. Does not look brand new but it is clean.

Today I need to get some gardening tools together, including making sure the roto tiller works, for a workday at my niece's home tomorrow. Going to be a fun filled family day.

 

The reason I ask about where you carry your cell phone... in relation to AFIB... is because after two unsuccessful ablations I took the phone out of my breast pocket, close to my heart, and the AFIB went away. Not saying this is the reason I had AFIB but it's a pretty interesting coincidence.

Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Errand and truck wash - Austin show tomorrow - I missed last month with my sore back. Next Saturday would be the San Antonio show, but sure looks like rain at the moment. Got all the veggies potted yesterday, but ran out of supplies, so a little more to fix up. Then the hoses, and control, and all set.

Hmm interesting. It's usually in my purse or back pocket. Only time it's near my heart is if I'm reclining and have it on my chest, but don't think it's been there lately, but I will keep that in mind from now on.

 

Alot of the fancy poetry and British wording going on around TW today . Someone is enjoying April 1st .

After spending the morning assembling our new patio dining table and chairs I understand why we haven't bought a new set in years. The bolt holes lined up after much pulling, pushing and profanity. The manufacturer' s go/no go jigs could use some tweaking. I'm taking the afternoon off and having a cold one.

 

Afternoon all:

The best I can do with poetry is: There is no doubt that we can catch trout but alas, none were big enough to mount !

Had a good day at the river, all three of us got our limits, can't ask for much more than that. Didn't see a single other fisherman until we walked out around 11:30, then there were 3 people just coming.
Biggest was 16", 2 were around 15", and the other 2 about 14", the plump brookie on the bottom was a really pretty fish when I first caught it, all nice river fish.
