I'm probably gonna reflash to sport throttle im loving the new power with the Anderson engineering. Definitely made my 160 mile commute wayyyyyy better . I'm also noticing little bump in mpgs

Did you get the regular one or the aluminum one?

Regular one cause it's recommended by Anderson engineering. Aluminum keeps more heat there whatever special plastic doesn't retain heat as much as the aluminum.

That specifically, I don't know . My k&n performance series intake with the afe tb spacer went back on no problem.

Got mine flashed with KDMax finally, John @ Green Gorges is a great guy. Normal throttle bc I drive like an old man. Now I don't drive like an old man. I can get up to speed on the interstate finally without flooring it and don't have to push 'ECT' to drive on hilly roads. I just needed the damn transmission to not shift at 1700 rpms trying to get up to speed. I didn't do this for HP/tq gains, if I wanted fast I'd have kept my twin turbo-mobile.

Side note: never played before, but this fukr revs to the moon now. I don't even remember what it normally revd up to before bc I figured it was a joke lol.

100% happy with how it does. I may even consider being a tuner in the future for central Indiana if you guys need one.

100% satisfied. Worth the hour drive from Noblesville to Batesville indiana. Also love not having to go 3/4 throttle out of a turn to get back to a normal speed. Absolutely asinine how toyota tuned these transmissions. Was starting to regret not just getting a manual, but now I'm happy lol.

I'll never use it that high. I floor my truck maybe once every few weeks (even before the tune) as a PM to 'blow the shit off the valves'. Take it to redline briefly and keep driving normal. I also do a valve cleaning every 15k. As a tech, I've seen what valves can do when you don't maintain a GDI.

im a child and floor it almost every ride. mostly because its gutless and needs to be floored to get moving. i havent seen carbon buildup being a big problem with these valves because of the port injectors doing cleaning cycles. great way to keep them clean is with a meth injection system. i run a kit on my other truck and the whole intake tract from the throttle body to valves stay looking like new.

The KDMax tune rev limiter is set to 6500 rpm (our dyno on the first post shows this.) Stock is 6300 rpm.
The old Ovtune tunes were set at 7200 rpm, but we did not set our rev limiter that high and our shift points do not go that high.
We want to keep it closer to the stock rev limiter for reliability and longevity.

While I love meth as much as the next guy, that's not happening on this truck lol.

This is making me really miss my Genesis and JB4. I sometimes miss taking vettes to gapplebees. Sadly those days are behind me and a g70 can't carry my fishing tackle and kayaks .

I'm curious if the boost in low end torque helps hold 6th gear on the interstate speeds.
