I'm happy with the Escape Gear seat covers on my 2015 DC. I got the 100% cotton canvas in medium grey, 'cause I've had these on my Gen 1 for years and like their comfort. Escape Gear also makes them in a dark grey polyester-cotton blend with greater durability.

3rd gen rough country covers open box on ebay. Got a full DCSB set off eBay for 100 bucks some months back from their official seller page and fits like a glove! Decent quality neoprene, no issues with mine

Began installing the dark grey Clazzios when they arrived yesterday, after watching the month old YouTube video on Clazzio's channel starring Logan installing the covers on a 2022 Tundra DC. I completed the first headrest yesterday, started with the fold-flat seat back this morning (letting it rest and stretch, while I Dyson vacc'ed the driver's side and pulled on the driver's headrest cover in the living room). It would be easier if I was forty years younger, but I don't mind taking my time on this project. It's a great improvement! 20230331_121745[1].jpgOffroam cell phone holder arrives today, definitely less of a workout to install.

Is Katskin or Clazzio considered REAL leather covers?

Is one vs the other easier to install?

FYI On a chat on the Katzkin website today... I was told that they only sell the seat covers with installation, no diy option. Quote was $1795 for front and back ("promotional price until Wednesday, etc... FWIW).

I'm not sure. Back when I bought them RC wasn't offering seatcovers for the 2nd Gen so alot of us just used the 3rd Gen version.

A while back RC started manufacturing seatcovers for the 2nd Gen.

...I had them in a green garbage back and they accidentally were thrown out, but I bout some custom grey colored sheepskin covers from a place in Colorado which were awesome in the winter. ...I have wet o's, but would put those on in the winter in the cold northeast, and they were great.
