Margaritas sound good about now.

Just got home, wife was actually only 1 cm dilated so....I can actually sleep at home tonight so I'm fully rested for tomorrow.

I'll go back, have dinner with her at the hospital and stay until she needs to go to sleep.

Should be the big day!

Man, at the hospital again and we're discussing how Theo pulled an April Fool's on us; freaking thought we were 3cm this morning only for this whole thing to get pushed back another day

Spent some of today in the hospital visiting a friend who had emergency surgery. Fucking dreary places. Not a fan one bit.

Ok I actually wrote that one myself because I thought I was just playing along with something I missed today lol

 

Shit that sucks; the surgery for whatever reason it was.

Will say it's super comfortable here and the food's been delicious; was telling a friend about it earlier.

Still, I know the wife's missing home and our baby camera/monitoring notifications were going off. The trigger? Biscuit barking/crying cause she has separation anxiety.

It does suck. Some complications but where she needs to be. I am uncomfortable when it comes to hospitals for whatever reason. Maybe it's the lingering thought of people dying around me obviously your in the ward on the opposite end of the spectrum. What makes it hard is single mother of two little ones because dad is incapable of taking care of the kids more than a couple hours at a time, so wife's been filling in the rest of the time for them. Fucking deadbeat. Just makes the whole situation more complicated and tiresome for us. Blah.

But on the other hand, they moved the drag races to tomorrow due to the weather so hopefully it'll be a great day for me. Trying to focus on that. It's like Xmas as a kid, gonna be hard to sleep!
