I had wondered about sway bar disconnects and hadn’t seen much. Now I know why. The constant maintenance is a pretty big requirement for a daily driver.

I too installed the oem tailgate lock today. Went pretty smooth but with my truck being a SR5 and no preinstalled wiring harness on the right side frame rail I had to improvise. I like the way it works but agree that it should be standard equipment.

...some before and after shots of some subtle changes. Swapped out the dark gray grille for a matte finish grille. Installed the flush license plate bracket, and added some TRD Accessories

I've only had it on for 3 days so it's only seen pavement. So far I'm happy with it though. The ride is stiffer, which was expected, and it has MUCH less body roll.

That’s is crazy. I’m going 76k on the originals right now and that’s running heavy 285 E load tires the entire time.

They fit really well can’t even notice that they are covering the original. They are a little pricey because they are real carbon fiber but I dig them. I got them from Tacoma Lifestyle.

I have a Centerforce clutch in my Honda Civic, love it. Definitely gonna get one for the Taco, when the time comes.

Where did you get the flush license plate bracket and was it hard to put on?

Why doesn't Toyota set the truck up like an OTT from the factory , it seems that people seem more satisfied after the tune. Also I have a 6 speed manual if anyone can chime in if they had that OTT update?

I had the KDmax Pro I think, I went back after the 35s for an update. OTT is hands down better.

Can you list the specific differences. I just got the KDMAX Pro 9.0 and it’s my only tune experience. Actually, maybe ignorance is best as I think it’s amazing. I’m also just stock wheels/no heavy armor.
