I think so, given that the lockers work and the transfer case and transmission are good to go.

Would take less than $1k to redo the front and middle row seats with new leather. Add in another $1k to rip out and replace the carpet (which I sometimes want to do). Another grand or more and you can spruce up the interior some more with DeltaVS goodies.

 

Hm yea too bad it’s on the other side of the country. It does seem like the market is correcting after all the overland hype of 2020/21 though.

 

Come up and buy it, plus size is up here we have Wheeling too so you can actually just go drive it

 

Yeah, I'd hate to have a nice capable rig only to get stuck driving it in flatlands and mud

Holy fuck, boys, i just woke up. I must have caught a bug or something because I slept like 15 hours which is 10 more than usual

 

Had fun at the strip today. Cracked deep into the 13s on my final pass. Bumped the limiter so there's certainly more in it. Caught sleeping at the tree every time sadly. Need more grip in the rear to gain any more but overall, super happy and such a fun day. What a rush!



Lots of cool hardware but this Honda motor Tacoma was in the 5s in the 1/8 mile. So cool!

@Kwikvette @Speedytech7 i would make the trip but I don’t have the time off yet since I just started. I also feel like I should hold off on any more purchases until I can save up more of a shitbox-fund, especially as 70s-style stagflation looms on the horizon.

There's nothing sacrilegious about how fast it is. Faster than most cars out there today.
