Man, what a trip! I want to thank everyone in the group for allowing my friend and I to join in on the trip and showing us a bunch of stuff we didn’t know about wheelin’. You guys made us feel welcomed and also never pressured us into doing anything we didn’t feel confident in attempted on the trails. I admit we may have jumped in with both feet without ever off-roading before but we still enjoyed ourselves and have a new found appreciation for our trucks and what they are truly capable of. Hopefully we’ll see you guys again soon!

What was the final carnage? Was there anything beyond the spider gear and a mirror?

@pearing debeaded 1 tire. My winch is a little funky after pulling 2 trucks up hells gate back to back. Still have to look into it.

My brand new gas tank skid paid for itself in spades. Some new blemishes on the rear bumper cover and the passenger front corner is a 'lil gouged. The oil pan/transfer case/ tranny skids and the sliders show how important those items are. I was bashing over shit relatively hard and I just shrugged my shoulders. (Well, there was that "one." That was the hardest hit I ever took)

Working on getting pics. I'll be back.

I'm glad you could make it out and enjoyed the trip. It was great to meet you and Johnathan. Now the next time you go to Moab you'll know what to expect and not just be tossed to the wolves lol.

Did you guys figure out the battery problems? Still think it's weird both your trucks had issues.

I'd like to as well, but my truck would clearly need many upgrades to survive that trip.

@JOHNNYPICKLES did all the trails with just sliders and front skid. He did get hung up on the exhaust crossover pipe once, but no damage I'm aware of. He's probably still Mother F'n me for following some of my lines lol.
