I am sure it is a knockoff of the pedal commander. 3rd gens have a terrible throttle lag issue so these help 3rd gens. I never noticed this issue on my 2nd gens so curious if it makes a significant difference. 2nd gens seem to have much better stock throttle response than 3rd gens.

I was cruising Amazon and ran across this. Looked exactly like the pedal commander. More than likely they both come from the same factory but for 1/3rd the price. Took about 5 min to install and so far it has been fun to play with. It doesn't add HP but the throttle response is soo much better. It's much more fun to drive.

was a Subaru Tech for a while. every motor that took 4.25, or 4.5 even the 5.5 quarts, they gave us those jugs, and a spare single quart. I finally started marking my bottles and an saving those quarter and half. and draining them into the jugs, and once I got a gallon jug full id dump it into the next car save the big bottle in my storage cabinet. so when i left i think i had something like 20 of those gallon jugs, and probably just as many single quarts. other than oil filters for my cars I don't think I've paid for an oil change in like 6 years.

it is one of the reasons I got a 2nd gen. slide under let oil drain into the pan, jam my Pepsi bottle under the drain hole under the filter and spin it just enough to let it drain back a bit, then remove it off wipe up any drips spin that new filter on. short blast of brake cleaner, and refill and on the way!

as for the canister filter, yeah that part sucks, i use to own a 05 F350 diesel and that top mount canister wasn't to bad.

I had an 05 f250. I agree, the top mount canister wasn't bad at all. Just everything under that canister was horrible, I will never own another one.

I installed my front Body Armor bumper to match the rear, and changed over from winter wheels to new summer rims and tires.

i wouldnt say bad things about my 6.0, sold it at 189k, and it ran like a top. but again first thing i did was remove all the EGR junk. and 4inch exhaust. no Cat, and fuel filters with every other oil change. and some ATF though the fuel system every time i stopped for Diesel

I bought mine with 160k on it, deleted and tuned. Less than 5k miles it blew the gaskets. Yanked it out new gaskets, studs, whole shebang. It was great, I loved the truck but less than 3k miles after all that one of the heads cracked between the water jacket and the fuel passage. I ended up trading it as it was for a 2010 dcsb trd or with 289k miles that a buddy of mine had. Best decision I ever made, he fixed it and kept it about a year and sold it to buy a Duramax.

They are Roxmad fog lights I bought from LED Factory Mart but I see them now on Amazon for a better price. I had OEM fog lights so installation wasn't too difficult - they snap right in to the OEM spots without any modification. As for wiring, I bought H11 adapter plugs, connected the main power and ground (red and black) from the new fog lights to the adapter plug, and then plugged it into my OEM plug. There are three other wires on the new fog lights (white, yellow & blue) - one for each signal light and another for DRL. I just tapped these three into my DRL/turn signal wiring right at the bulb.
The fog lights are amber DRL with my headlights off and change to white DRL when I turn my headlights on. My OEM fog light switch turns them on and off (white to brighter white) and the signals are amber (obviously) whether my headlights and fog lights are turned on or off.

Yeah, In the 6.0's defense. I came to find out the kid I got it from ran it so hot it shut off twice and I had some pretty hot tunes on it. But I bought an 02 duramax when I was 18(young and dumb), tuned it and straight piped it. I beat the crap out of that truck for over 100k and it never once let me down. Hell I even went down the local drag strip several times, It ran a 9.7 1/8 mile with 5 people in it(8000 lbs truck). just before I sold it with 258k the trans started giving issues. I sold it to a guy with a trans shop and it ended up just being a solenoid.

very nice, i sold my truck to a former power stroke tech, who when he opened the hood couldn't believe some of the stuff I had under the hood, but again back then I was young and married and having a 550ish hp truck that I could daily drive and knew my wife could easily jump into and get warmed up and go was nice. but sold to own a house. the guy I sold it to opened it up and sent me pictures told me I was right only thing needing any immediate attention was the injectors were needing to be rebuilt/ replaced and the turbo needed a good cleaning.

The last two times I've had this issue was because of it slipping in the A Pillar. The first time it slipped down and when I put the A Pillar back, it caught it and pulled it half out of the socket. The second time I squished the cable and it shorted. If it just went out at random, that's probably not great. Got a spare on hand to plug in and test with before buttoning it all up?

Yeah it was a sweet truck. But I feel like its luck of the draw. You either get a good one or you don't lol. one of my friends dad is a retired ford tech and worked during the peak of the 6.0's he loves them and swears they are the best out there. He helped me do all the work to mine. But he has 3 or 4 that are all over or close to 250k with no issues.

Hook up a hose to the end of the drain spout where you put your Pepsi bottle, let the hose drop down with a plug in it and just remove the plug when you remove the filter, catch the oil in your pan where the rest of your oil is going to go and you will like it even better. One hose clamp and one clear hose and you are good to go.

yeah did that to a friends FJ years ago. I dont mind seeing the oil from the filter in a clear bottle to see if there is a little shiny shimmer
