    tires on the new 4 runner look too small. Bigger offset and tires, lift - and about 10k cheaper and I'm in.

    I hope they do not oversize the new Tacoma. It definitely better not look like the Tundra either. I agree with others, the headlights/taillights sticking out on the 4Runner/FJ is no bueno...

    So the world ends next year...

    What makes people think it will end up looking like the 4runner? The Toyota Pickup/Tacoma hasn't looked like the 4Runner since 1989. At least anything besides slight similar design cues.

    And anyone who says the 5th Gen 4Runner isn't good looking should probably put "IMO" in front of it. It is your opinion. Personally, the 4th gen 4Runner was one of the worst looking Toyota SUVs made ever. (With the exception of the 1st gen sequoia and 1st gen Rav4). I was extremely happy to see Toyota go back to the boxy, truck based looks that make up the 4Runner's history.

    About as much as the 2005 Tacoma re-do shared styling with the 2003 re-do of the 4Runner. Not too much.

    It was shopped off a 4runner Trail Edition, which looks 100x better than the normal 4runner. check it out. that's the main diff between the black and the others.
