Replaced the license plate lights because their dingy yellow-ness not matching every other exterior light was hurting that small OCD part of my brain every time I looked at them.

Yeah your gonna wanna replace them . Get longer ones and cut them when install is all done , pretty much cut off what you don't need. Dude truck feels like I drove it off the lot first day. Super happy with the outcome . Well really you need to measure your flange on your transfer case , get the angle of degrees and measure the flange on your rear end flange to get the degrees minus the two. You want to be within 3° of each other. For example: my transfer case flange was 87° and my rear end pinion flange was 84°. With two outta leaves I was within three degrees of my transfer case flange and rear end flange. I'll include a link to some information to help you further diagnose what degree of shim you need. You will also need to know the length of your driveline.

    Here's the link:

Let me know if this helps and works out for you.

How does the dealership erase your tune?
How do you prevent from happening?

Your head unit has to support car play for an adaptor to work. The adaptor is a bluetooth connection that then passes the signals through the USB port. It doesn't add capabilities to the head unit; it just act likes a wire from your phone.

    I ordered from Amazon.
Toyota 15520-31060 for the aluminum filter housing, reuse your internal core.

Fumoto F133 series. F133N if you want the long hose barb, F133S if you want short, F133 if you want the standard. F133 supersedes F103 for a faster flow rate.

I don't have a tune (tempting...) so I don't know what I'm missing. But I do feel that either the truck or I adjusted as I don't get that delay anymore when pressing the accelerator. I also drive a lot of hills here in CO and have learned when to leave it alone, when to use the ECT button and when to just go into sport mode based on the speed I'm going and the steepness of the hill. The only time it really bothers me now is when it's a steep hill and I'm climbing at about 30 mph; it just can't find the right gear.
There are several reasons I haven't gotten a tune: (a) I may like it too much; (b) it costs plenty; (c) there must be some tradeoff because, well, engineering is a bunch of tradeoffs. But mostly I'm ignorant of what it would really do because I haven't done it.

such a small mod but I think it makes a big difference in the overall appearance of the front end

I bought some but ended up selling them and going with an SSO plate bumper. The packaging on the R4T ones was really nice, with form fitting foam, but that doesn’t really matter after you install them.
