These need to be bonded to the factory housing using JB Weld Plastic BOND (Plastic BOND is the only one rated for Polypropylene)

Each kit includes six repair tabs, three for each side, two for the top tabs and one for the lower outside tab. You will need a speed nut for the lower outside tab.

Tabs are 3d printed out of ABS and are near solid. All tabs are black, red was for testing only.

These only fit HALOGEN light housings, they will NOT fit the LED housings (I'm working on that)

 

Way better idea then those ugly fender tie downs you made

 

Many Pro led lights on Ebay with broken tabs so I am sure you will have some orders when those are done and the word gets out.

Will do. My LED light arrived today so I'll be modeling the tabs soon. Looks like the one too tab is the same (too fender side), the lower outside tab is very close to the same, the too inside tab however is completely different.

 

I just need the fender tabs for both lights. Want to just sell me those if they are the same as the halogen ones.

 

The top outside tabs? The ones you can get to under the hood?

I need to try that jb weld plastic bond. My tab broke off and I’ve regular jb welded a few times and just keeps coming off. Figured I needed some sort of plastic epoxy.

Fantastic idea OP!!! Thankfully, my LEDs arrived with intact tabs but this solution is amazing for those less fortunate

 

LED Tab update

The upper outside tab looks to be the same as the Halogen lights. Need to triple check this but I think its good to go.

I did little bit of work redesigning the halogen outside lower tab (bumper) to fit the LED lights. Test prints looked good so I'm happy with that.

The upper inside tab for the LEDs however still needs to be done and I will have to do that from scratch. I hope to get started on that tonight.

-On a side note, the "wings" that stick out on the radiator side of the headlight are broken on my LED lamp. I will be trying to figure out how to remake those too at some point down the road since I eventually want to use this lamp in my own truck.

Test fit of a quick print (it fit poorly), printer warming up for the revision right now.
