    Weekend update:
Thursday we took off for the inlaws' area in Temecula. Left our house around 5:15, ETA was 8:36. Stopped and had leisurely sushi dinner, got back on the road, and ETA was now 8:41. I LOVE LA!!
Friday night I went with the wife and her 2 sisters to casinos. Dropped them back at their house around 0230, we got home about 0300. Then we were scheduled for the one's B-day to go to a winery to get massages, at 0930. I walk into the spa and they are asking what kind of wine I want with my massage. Do I want to upgrade to CBD? sheesh, y'all tunring me into an alcoholic, I'm barely getting over the tequila/cranberry (8?) from the casino. Good thing the pool was included, and nobody really nticed me slobering thru the chair when I went face down.
Went from winery to Mexican restaurant for the B-day early. 2 double Tres Generaciones neat, watched SDSU make it to the big show, then back to teh casino. This time with my 30-something nephew in tow. We barely get there and pre-game in the parking structure when the inlaw sisters make a request we take them home by 11? Apparently SOMEBODY's hubby didn't like his wife being out so late. We convinced them we couldn't drive any longer and Uber was a better bet. Began at our favorite bar with tequila/soda water (because too much sugar in cranberry after THAT many chips)
I lost my $800 on slots, but we had a hell of a time. Found my wife at the Texas table, she was up $2500.

Oh, the lady we were cheering on this machine walked away, and I photo-bombed it!!! She gave us $50 tip for encouraging the wheel so much behind her. I entertain myself! Especially with my nephew and tequila! We were at Jack Box at 0330 so he could get snacks before returning home. Then both of us up around 0730.

Yeah, keep up you 50+ !!

Very nice, had many of their products through the years. No problems.

Just change that fuel filter, it gets pretty clogged. :)

Afternoon everyone, stayed busy today with a neighbor. We live in a neighborhood with access to a lake, spent 5 hours cleaning up storm damage and leaves, and other peoples garbage at one of the access sites. We have a bunch of new neighbors and have no idea how it works. They must think it all gets cleaned up by magic, they are going to be informed it doesn’t.

My neighbor who passed away a few years ago built a 4 car garage, with a loft, for his camper, truck, car and tools. He had everything marked and organized, including probably 100 mayo/mason jars with nuts, bolts, screws, etc. - no exaggeration. He had more hardware than a small hardware store and was always willing to share.

When my cousin passed away, he gave me and my brother his workshop. He had jars of screws, bolts and nuts...from the 50's and 60's

Everything is still sitting in his garage. I don't know if his wife is keeping the stuff in his memory, or just doesn't want to deal with it. The neighbor was a real card. Always willing to help, a Vietnam vet with the USAF. He told me stories about his multiple tours in Vietnam. He was a head mechanic on a big cargo/transport plane (can't remember the official name of his position), but he said they dropped more than cargo out of it. An interesting man for sure.

    Good evening, crew.

I had a test run on Teams this AM for the interview tomorrow afternoon. My audio isn't working on their end, like the mic is turned off- except it isn't. I checked every security setting that I could find, the keyboard setting, google settings, ect... no audio. I'm trying to finger it out because audio is an important part of a Teams video call.

I had a bit of fun this afternoon, I drove to Harrisburg PA ( about 50 miles 1 way) to snag some parts off of a '94 K1500 that I will need for the '88 once I get it. It was almost like making a junkyard run except that the "parts" truck still had 4 tires on it and it was all together and there was nothing stacked on top of it.
