Any good reason anyone has found to keep Connected Services on with an MT? The only thing I can think of is OTA head unit updates, and frankly thats not enough for me to keep it on.

EDIT TO ADD: If you have an AT with keyless entry, I don't care what your opinion is - the available Connected Services features are very different between the AT and MT.

    HaHa No!
I got as far in the fine print where the check the box asked "Do you approve us to continuously track how you drive, how fast you drive and where you drive" which was followed by 2nd box "Do you approve us to share this information with your insurance company". Not the exact wording but that's how I read it.

No. After you cancel you will get an email like this. After a couple days if you want to check if you are still being tracked just unhook the negative terminal on your battery for 30 minutes or so. If you have to reset your clock you are running free. If your clock stays current you are still being tracked.

    Good luck!

Push the button in the truck, tell them this is not an emergency and that you would like to opt out of connected services.

A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
    Push it.

The MT gets almost none of that, as far as I can tell. Hence why I'm asking here.

I quite like being able to lock my truck and stuff from my phone. Also the alerts it gives me in case i forgot something. Doesnt happen often but I like that its there. Also it telling me where it currently is would be useful on the off chance it gets stolen

I don't believe the MT gets any of those features. In fact its not really clear what I get, the app was nearly empty of options before I disabled it.
