    Some nice, as my wife will say, scorching days coming up!
    I promised her I would wash, clay polish and spray ceramic coat her blizzard pearl rogue, so I guess I’ll do that this week. Then I can take care of my truck.
    Hopefully both done before the weekend when it’ll be time to power wash our deck, patio then repaint the deck.. maybe…

    Septic drain field? If so, lucky. The soil in my area doesn't drain very well and everybody has to go with a sand mound or spray system when they update their system.

    No, its already has a septic. I got my buddy this 5.5acre property 3years ago with well, septic & electric for $20k. We are clearing, leveling & spreading 63tons of gravel on a spot for his future cabin build. Right now he's putting his camper on it.
