Anybody have a set of 14"x3" 650lb springs that they're tired of collecting dust in their garage? Or maybe want to trade for some 600lbs? I have a lift, all the tools and will swap them. I'll pay you with money.

 

I have some 650lbs 3" springs but I think they're 13". DM me if that's interesting to you. I've been looking for 600lbs to try.

King bed frame from American Furniture Warehouse. ~6 years old. Nicks and scratches from moving to/from multiple homes. Has two drawers in the front. I think it's Espresso color? I'm not hip with the interior design crowd. Everything works fine, we just upgraded our bedroom set (i.e adulted and finally bought a complete set).

Disassembled and ready to get hauled out.

Anyone have a set of stock takeoffs I can buy/rent. Need to make a long haul trip and want a stock size for torque. prefer 17” rims but can fit 16” atm

 

I've got a set of stock second gen wheels and tires I'm looking to offload. I've got em posted for 400 for the fb scalpers.

Here they are. Tim rebuilt the shocks for me and mounted them to the Eibach 14x3" springs (650). But they've been sitting in a box, in my bedroom ever since.

Before I swap them out for 600 lbs coils I need to do some research on if that's what I truly want. Tim is obviously a shock/suspension guru and he knows my truck these are going on, so I assume he built them as is for a reason.

I was a bit shocked that it is a 650lbs coil but clearly have no idea how they actually feel on my truck.

I also understand the "spring provides the lift, shock provides the ride" slogan but then never understood how a higher spring rate doesn't affect the ride.

Ultimately I want 1.5" - 2" of lift max and will mostly keep the front stock. Maybe a hidden winch in the stock bumper. Is that enough weight, plus the 3.4, to warrant a 650 lbs coil? I dunno.

Still procuring funds to fix and finish the absurdity the previous contractor left us with.

Hell I even applied for a TV show that is looking for Denver area home owners with piles of shit construction gaffs on their hands. Made it through the first screening, had an interview and then they requested images and a description. I doubt we get selected because they want their TV show to redesign something and show their audience how incredible they can make something look. I already designed it, have all the finishes and fixtures... just need someone to fix the fucking disaster. So probably out of their wheelhouse.

This August it will be three years.
