I think I have a final headcount. If anyone is bringing SO's, kids, friends, maybe post it so we know how many people are really coming.

The first time I watched a vid of Hells Gate, I nearly had a panic attack. Still gets me going.

Sand can be quite challenging depending on the consistency lol especially if you are gambling with the incoming tide

That's what I'm here for, the mods and the gear.
Since we don't have a group spot like last year's Pipeline, guessing the main hang out at #152 and/or 151? :hungry::cheers: I'll bring a pop up canopy, an extra cooler for community water or people's beverage of choice, filled with ice, and a cord of firewood. Maybe others bring a cord each as well? Pretty sure someone else said they're bringing some too.

I can bring a pop up canopy as well. I am pretty sure @Stoney Ranger has one as well.

I'll have my pop up canopy going at 151. We also plan to have the shelter too. It has large fireplaces and tables. James has it reserved for Saturday, they have it officially closed for the season until then.

    Agreed!

We might just hang out at the shelter, also. I reserved it for Saturday night, but it's not available for reservation on Friday.

If you're bringing firewood, make sure it's kiln dried, or purchased near the campground. There are special rules in place due to emerald ash borer beetles.

And, a Cord is a lot of wood!

Excellent! Looking forward to meeting you both!

As Tim mentioned, we have the shelter reserved for Saturday night. Friday night, I'm sure we can use it. We just won't have access to the inside part. It's plenty big for everybody to fit under.

Everyone is welcome to bring canopies, though. You never know how we might end up using them.

HOLY CRAP! Yeah, not cord. A handle of wood? Whatsitcalled? Bundle? The ones you can normally buy. But yeah, knew the other stuff though.

a bundle lol if you are bringing a cord, no one else would need to bring some, including the rest of the camp ground

Well, that's not necessarily true. When I used to host group camp trips with my friends back when we were younger, we once burned through a face cord in two days. Those were some long nights, though.
