Attached File Photo of my setup.

For anyone considering a 2" lift on their Tacoma, figured I'd show mine as reference.

Original Vehicle: 2WD 2021 Tacoma SR DCSB

Lift: 2' lift using Rough Country 2' Struts
    2' rear lift using block
    Rough Country N3 Shocks
Wheels: Gold 16' black RINO wheels
Tires: 265/75/16r Toyo open country AT III

Review so far: I was worried about getting the RC lift, but am no longer concerned at all. I do minimal off roading, so I can't speak to off roading performance. The ride is great. Better than stock so far (I've only had the lift for about 100 miles so far). So, I very much am enjoying the ride, despite many claiming RC products are awful. I think they are mislead, and are referencing off roading. For your every day vehicle, that doesnt off road, it's just fine in my opinion. Like I said, better than the stock that was on my SR.
The tires are awesome. Great ride. TOYOs are great tires. Not much more to add.
I went with the bronze Black RINOs because I thought black on black was too common, and I love the look, and I'm glad I decided to get the bronze wheels.

All in all: If you aren't going off-roading often, rough country is fine. Well it is for me at least.

If you have any questions feel free to ask. Photo of truck attached.

I have a friend who is a mechanic and he did the labor for me for 500. I'll take a shot at what it would cost with labor at a shop.

    Wheels: Cost + install: 1,500

Tires: going to run about 1,200 with install

Lift and alignment: With labor and alignment about 1,100 would be my guess.

Total: 3k to 3.8k depending on where you live and the place you get it done. Places rob you on labor, so that's my estimate.

One experience with RC over 100 miles does not offset the hundreds of failures in their cheaply made parts, and just wait a year until you have to replace those expensive shocks because they have worn out already. It's about putting quality parts on a well built reliable truck. It's more the 3.5+" Lifts that require cutting out the frame that cause all of the problems these days. When it comes to Jeeps, you know the owner has no clue about anything offroad, when they install the cheap 4" RC Lift ordered from Amazon and installed by their friend.

I've installed more than 20 lifts on my own, and friends vehicles over the years, and I will never install a RC lift, never have, never will.

Understood. Was more referencing ride quality. Also all the parts have a (40k) mile warranty with the shop from what I recall. If you're going for a 2 inch lift I don't think RC will cause any issues. Happy to update you as time passes. The truck is purely city and highway, and I don't off-road. I'm not suggesting RC if you offroad or want anything above a 2 inch lift.
