    Hey folks,
New here and new taco owner since 2020.I'll never go back to any other truck again. I have a 2021 offroad. Many mods done. Not top of the line as my budget doesn't allow it. I have recently upgraded my tail lights to aftermarket led. Sadly, the original light I picked would not work after 4 sets. I eventually got another design that does work. I do have 2 of the sets that don't work still. I really love this design better than what did end up with and even the $600 sets on the market. Does anyone know of a place that may be able to fix these lights for me? I am guessing it's a long shot but I'm hoping. Thanks for any help.

    Probably not.

Check with the vendor or manufacturer. Is there a warranty?

    respectfully?
it doesn't sound like you "upgraded" ,,, to me, it sounds like you downgraded. Hopefully you still have the OE assemblies, with a batting average like those, I would think even if you did get them working, you will battle these problems down the road.

Also, to add, IF you did find someone to fix them, paying for that would probably be more than the lights themselves.

Unless you want to fix them i doubt paying someone to do it would be cost effective. Why gamble on tail lights that if they stop working could cause an accident?

Those are too expensive to just shrug off failures. I would send a set back immediately and money returned if it failed. And since you did not mention that you followed the advice of others here and buy from a trusted source I guess you were trying to get off cheaply. If so ... you get what you pay for.

I did get a refund. One company didn't want them back and the other said to keep the replacement set, just return the ones I paid for. I did speak with manufacturer as well. They had no answer as to what was going on. I know my way around a vehicle as I used to be a mechanic 20 years ago. I'm just not familiar with led circuitry. I believe you get what you pay for as well. The led lights I ended up with were$40 cheaper than the broken one but they work just fine. I just like the looks of the broken ones. I also stated that I don't have the budget to $600 on lights. Thanks to those who replied. I will see if I can find led workshops and try rebuild the lights myself someday. Have a good day

Put you're stockers back in and get VLEDs. Sorry, but those look ugly anyway.

I just got a different set altogether. The bad lights look way better in person plus they were brighter than most bc they didn't use leds in the tube (glow) look. All good. Was asking for a long shot but it is what it is.

I may look into that. I just hate the chrome in my lights. I'm even tinting the sides of my headlights to calm the chrome look down. Headlights are way too expensive. Already put some awesome leds in the headlights and switchback led fogs too
