The back of the house (or the front, depending on the land you built it on)...

 

No laundry room, and no place for the stairs to go if the basement plan is chosen...

 

My friend Jeff lives in West Virginia and he prefers gas stoves, but his house does not have public gas. It is a big house and has dual-zone heat pumps. He is very wealthy and could easily afford to convert the house to propane, but he does not like propane because it apparently requires more venting than natural gas...?

 

I have been told by both my parents and my girlfriend that I snore, but luckily nothing indicates that I have sleep apnea...

 

If I buy my dream house and it has electric or oil heat, I will run propane for the stove. Gas is the superior way to cook! Also, didn't you tell me on the phone the other day that you think electric ovens cook better than gas?

 

It’s true I can sleep through just about anything and it’s hard to wake me up
