Catalytic Converter Shield

Been tossing around the idea of getting one, still cheaper than paying for another cat. Any recommendations? Brand? Model? Thanks.

Mine is a 2WD, V6.

two major contenders are miller and caliraised. i have miller but have been watching both for a while:
miller reliable delivery time
miller does not rattle or touch cats (cali is in the process of correcting this and may be close)
cali leaves access to front propeller zerks (you won't care with a 2WD)
cali cheaper

I've got the Talons Garage on my truck. Although I can't specifically comment on the 2WD model mine was made well and installation was straightforward. No sharp edges and everything fit as it should, even paired with the TRD skid plate.

 

Lower cost than Miller's at $390.

 

Here's my set up. Miller Cat shield. Very straight forward installation. Two people preferred, to help you prop it up at the front end. But over all takes about a 1.5 hours.
