    I think, they think its building some buzz on the 'ol interwebs that's going to help them sell more trucks. If the pics at the top of this post are close (I suspect they are) then I don't see the point.
    <or>
    They literally aren't ready to start shipping them, so the big reveal is delayed.

    This is based on nothing. WTF do I know.

    It's called 'creating a buzz'. Just marketing tactics.

    This is pretty much the sheet metal on the '24. I'd say wheels, maybe. Rack and cover probably not.

    I really like that render, but I think I'll keep my 2nd gen and spend money on a new sports car instead.

    if the truck is wider then 80 inches then they are required to have certain marker lights per NHTSA guidelines . On any other vehicle, it's simply for style points. Why would it be an option , unless you buy as an aftermarket option

    IF that is the production setup the rear wheels look to have disk brakes or could be disc with drum parking brake integration.

    Anyone else think it looks ugly at first then come around to liking it. When the new Tundra was first teased, I thought that was ugly and now after seeing a bunch in person, I'm thinking I would want that for my next vehicle (in 10 years or so)

    In 10 years? It definitely won't look the same in 10 years lol

    I still think the Tundra is ugly. Bulbous and oddly proportioned. That being said it might be my next truck, depending on what the new Tacoma is like. I think the patent leaks for the Tacoma look much better than the Tundra does now.

    Did a quick PS and took the BEV concept and put on a black grill from the Brazil photos.

    same in my opinion the front on the tundra looks good but the back looks bulbous and oddly disproportional like you said

    This, I'm worried its carrying over to the Tacoma. That rear end is terrible, lights, all of it.
