You're a smart guy, you've done the due diligence, there is no fail ! (ima going to be saddened if this thing goes to say 8 dollars/share and missed opportunity to have another few thousand shares at a quarter!)

 

That DD was done before I realized the company is run by a bunch of fucking clowns. So much potential and they are not using it at all. They've got until next Friday to produce their Q3 10Q and 10K. Maybe there's some good stuff in there but with these asshats in charge I'm not holding my breath. lol

 

The model is sound, but management is not executing. My hopes are dim.

This reminds me of a penny stock I had around 2003-7ish. It was called lifepoint and forgot the ticker already, but it was a drug test stock touted to be a sure winner. A former supervisor of former employment had over 20k shares. Lifepoint was selling to military and law enforcement this device that took strips and could tell from saliva what drug you were on and what level for like 5 drugs (alcohol, cocaine, MJ ect..) and was supposed to be huge money maker because the 'special' strips were $$( not to mention the machine) and had to be constantly ordered. Anyway, I got close to 4k shares and was in about 2-3 dollars/share. It went up to over 5 (think/recall) before slowly going down, down and further down.


Finally it went belly up.

I do remember reading all the press clips and looking at the guidance numbers. Everything was looking golden and word of mouth was positive. Then suddenly, contracts were not getting filled and poof it was gone. My best guess is, the device couldn't do what the company said it could.


Also remember Webvan ?? ... never bought but knew some Ivy leauge brats that left for the start up.. will have to look it up, haha good times !

 

well yeah calls are .01, and there's no puts lower than the current value so everything is already ITM It's cheap to throw 20$ at it in calls, might as well, at this point.

 

OCTO has about 1.7M shares outstanding after the RS. It's volume is 3.8M in PM.

OCTO traded 8x the float today.
BBIG was up today.

What this means in MM's are letting us bag holders get our hopes up before they destroy them both next week. Fun times. lol
