I'm gonna have to be more vigilant on our night walks that's for sure. I usually take him on a long one after I put Sofia down and we go up into the neighborhoods in the foothills where more critters are. Except the possum incident last night happened right at our house...so did the parrot incident from a few weeks ago...

 

The local critters will learn soon enough.. we had a sharpei pit bull mutt growing up and although she was the sweetest thing, she hunted anything that came in our yard with a vengeance. After 2 years of cleaning up bird and squirrel carcasses we never saw another critter come into our yard for years lol

 

yeah the squirrels are definitely less common in the backyard now...I guess the possums will have to learn. I just really hope he doesn't nab a skunk one of these days....or a raccoon for his sake, those things will put up a nasty fight

Completely broken, a good portion of Gen Z and younger (not all but enough to be significant) are functionally illiterate, they know what words look like and can recall from memory but they cannot assemble the word from the syllables and spelling so new words they haven't heard they cannot begin to understand or pronounce.

Same here I was pissed that they gave up like they did. But glad they put 2 on the board. You can tell they really need Anderson, Vilarti and Filia back.

 

I read somewhere that Vilardi is most likely out the rest of the season, no details just speculation that he re-injured his back pretty bad.
