    Technically it’s part of a “proper” lift.

    @XPOTRPR

    I'm thinking I'll be doing tires here very soon, and as a resident expert in fitting 35s, did you have to tub anything? I already have a CMC; the 34s only rub full lock and stuffed—a rare occasion for sure. I plan to trim the fenders ~2" to help the outer rub. Can everything else be done with a BFH? I may have you over to assist with the "fitting." :cheers::sawzall::drunk:

    Word. It seems the 34 is the Goldilocks size.

    33/34 is the last size before making that jump/commitment. you can still stuff it under the bed and not have to worry about how to carry a 35 (rear bumper not NEEDED) and not have to cut, etc. For your Family Truckster it just makes more sense to stay where you're at. Just my 2 cents. Mine barely gets driven anymore..

    I pulled my coilovers and cycled with SPCs set forward and the lowers set forward. This was before I got Deavers and had to lift the front ride height. My CMC is not very aggressive and all other clearance was done with a big ass hammer and I pulled the fender liners. Pinch weld, hammered firewall and inner fenders towards the front. It was only like a day of work. The offset of my T4R Pro wheels helps a lot too. Been 2 years now and no issues. Need a new set of tires soon though. Even fit my full size spare under the bed.

    I have always loved the trophy truck look, always been fascinated with watching the suspension work, it’s what I love so my natural direction is wide and fast (ish) lmao

    Yeah this is primarily why I stick with the stock tire size on my T4R. It's my DD and currently my only vehicle.

    It's good enough to get me through broken arrow without a lift, and I don't see myself going that nuts on wheeling moreso than bouncing down the occasional "easier" trail or using a fire road to get to a range.

    I've accepted that my DD is going to be pinstriped to hell and back, but I'm still debating myself round and round about the eventual next steps.

    I've been feeling the call of eventually getting a SxS and being one of those guys, so how deep into making the T4R a weekend warrior do I go? Do I ease up on modding the T4R and save for a Can Am? Or do I just scrap the idea of a SxS and get myself more invested in making the runner capable...

    I mean…I’ve thought about going 2wd conversion to save myself a couple grand on the LT…but that thought lasted all of 2 seconds. I still like to do 4wd stuff occasionally :mudding:

    Pshhh, you don't need 4x4 if you're not touching the ground!

    The most mine has been driven lately is hockey on Wednesdays and Taco Tuesdays. Otherwise, it gets moved around the driveway so the kids can play.
