How are they off the bike? I'm hoping to get them and be able to wear them all day for in gas stations/stores, and possibly light trail hiking.

Good news to hear. Thank you. I guess I'll have to order them on this next paycheck and hope I get the sizing right.

Did they break in at all, or if they are tight do I need to swap them?

They are definitely good for walking around off the bike in gas stations, stores or doing errands around town. I wouldn't take them on a hike for more than a couple miles. For me there isn't enough flex in the sole or the ankle to be comfortable for extended distances. If I'm intending to hike somewhere after riding I will take a pair of hiking boots with me.

I hate hiking, but I might go a little bit for a view or climb up on a rock pile or something. If you'd be ok in them for a mile I think I'd be ok for that and maybe around camp for a bit before camp shoes or something. Right?

Gotcha. I’m kinda the same, wear a wide in damn near everything. This is the first moto boot for me. I normally wear my steel toed logger boots. or going way back in time, my 16 inch (height) lineman boots.

my sizes in different stuff.. Take it for what it’s worth.

Crocks, 11. Could go 1/2 smaller but like the freedom in the toe area
    Steel toe work boots, 12W
Army, steel toe work boot (tag is gone) coulda sworn 10.5 W, maybe 11 W.
Current sneakers I hardly wear, 12
The summer time sandals, 11 for the most part.

I’ve been wearing these things around the house for the last hour with that Frog tape (painters tape) on the soles to not jack them up for a just incase swap out. So far, so good. Still need to do some adjustments in the buckles, but diggin them at the moment.

    size 13

    Yep.
Hard to beat the sound of a piped out RC51 or TL1000.

Worked at a Honda motorsports back in the day, one of the salesman snagged the first one that came in and slapped on some two brothers. Every ridable morning he came ripping up M-59 for the "Michigan-left" was music to the ears.

Not exactly sure, haven't done the research yet. Initial thoughts are somewhere around 6k.
